Can you ship me my medication?
Yes. We ship via FedEx and offer overnight shipping if necessary. For refridgerated medications we use styrofoam coolers with an ice pack to ensure that your medication is still usable when you receive it. We can ship to most locations in the United States.
I have a prescription that my doctor gave me. How can I get that filled?
You may bring your prescription in to the Pharmacy, fax it to us, or even mail it. However, if you choose to fax in your prescription you must present the original before we are able to release the medication to you.
How long does it take for my prescription to be filled once it is ordered?
If your medication is a manufactured product we can generally have it ready for you in a few hours. If your medication is custom made for you, we ask that you give us 24-48 hours to complete your order.
My label says I have no more refills. What should I do?
Call the Pharmacy and we will contact your doctor for you. This can take a few days, especially over the weekend, so give your doctor and you some extra time.
What if I don’t have my prescription number? Can I still refill it?
Yes. Just call the pharmacy. We will match your prescription using your name and date of birth.
Where can I find my Prescription number?
Your prescription number, also known as Rx number, is found on your medication’s label just above your name.
